IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2002- 48 (1502) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH JOHN J. JERMANIS <br />WHEREAS, an Employment Agreement to employ John J. Jermanis as City Manager for <br />the City of San Leandro has been presented to this Council. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOVE as <br />follows: <br />That the Employment Agreement with John J.
