To meet urgent community elfare and <br />safety needs <br />The total budgeted FY 2002 b dgat <br />amount of $686,000.00 includes ! e anticipat- <br />ed FY 2002 CDBG grant allocaUo of <br />$687,000.00, program income, a d carryover <br />funds from pnor program years.. unds are re <br />ceived from the U,S. Department f Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD). he City's <br />2002 grant allocation Is based bn funding <br />availability. <br />BENEFIT <br />Planned actlvitiea are directed oward <br />meeting the needs or improving equality of <br />life of law- and moderate-Income arsons.
