'! <br />Site dimensions <br />Noise levels on the site due to exterior sources <br />1.04b Soil Analysis <br />Several samples of on-site topsoil will be gathered for testing by Soil and Plant <br />Laboratory of Santa Glara. An analysis xeport will be obtained with <br />recommendations for improvement of soil structure and chemistry. <br />1.04c Noise Analysis <br />A preliminary acoustical analysis will be performed. Existing noise levels on the <br />site will be determined based on field measurements. Potential sound attenuation <br />methods will be presented, along with an analysis of the estimated sound <br />reduction that would be achieved with each method. A brief written summary <br />report will be provided. These subconsultant services will be provided by Charles <br />M. Salter Associates. <br />1.04d Lighting Analysis <br />The existing site lighting (athletic fields, parking lots, and-pedestrian lighting) will <br />be inventoried and analyzed. The analysis will provide information on the <br />condition and coverage of the existing lights. Qptions for replacement and/or <br />upgrades will be provided. This analysis will be based on record data provided by <br />the City and/or School District, and also on a site reconnaissance in which the <br />existing electrical systeims will be inspected to the extent that access is provided. <br />1.05 Distribute Site Analysis diagram to Committee Members <br />1.06 Committee Meeting #1 <br />A meeting with the Committee to establish project goals and objectives will be <br />facilitated. The consultant will facilitate the meeting to determine what level of <br />consensus exists among the City and School District representatives. Issues of <br />concern will be identified. Common goals and objectives will be defined. <br />Common priorities will be outlined, as well as outstanding issues of disagreement <br />to be resolved through the planning process.
