IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 53 (2870) <br />RESOLUTION Il~]ITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDNISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />(PUBLIC IlVIPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 6929, 1801 MANOR BOULEVARD, <br />SUBDIVIDER AND DEVELOPER: HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF SAN LEANDRO <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) between <br />the City of San Leandro and Hope Lutheran Church of San Leandro, a corporation, <br />(Subdivider), dated September 7, 1999, and associated plans identified as Tract 6929, 1801 <br />Manor Boulevard improvement plan, certain subdivision improvement work has been <br />completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he <br />therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said <br />conditions are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said <br />contract, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
