f <br />1N THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-5 8 (2108 / 1309 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT USE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />Recitals <br />A Joint Use Cooperative Agreement Between the San Lorenzo Unified School District <br />and the City of San Leandro, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of May, 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ~ 7 ) <br />NOES: None ~ ~ ) <br />ABSENT: None (~ ) <br />Attest: <br />Gayle Pete n, City Clerk <br />
