IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2002- 60 (2575) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI} FUNDS FOR THE WESTGATE PARKWAY <br />EXTENSION PLAN LINE DEVELOPMENT AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br />Development Fees for Street Improvements (DFSI) funds have been paid by <br />developers to be used for traffic improvements throughout the City; and <br />The Westgate Parkway Extension project is consistent with previous uses of DFSI <br />funds; and <br />The City Council has previously approved this project as one of the projects to be <br />funded by the 1/2 cent sales tax (Measure B) extension. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That $50,000 of DFSI funds be appropriated for completion of the plan line <br />development and preliminary design work for the Westgate Parkway Extension project. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of May 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Crant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Ga e Pet en, City Clerk <br />
