The <br />proposed Westgate Parkway extension should be designed to mitigate truck traffic and noise impacts on <br />the Timothy neighborhood. One option would be to enter into <br />~ a partnership agreement with ~~~-°°~ *'~° ~'~*~~, the San Leandro Unified School <br />District and the private sector to upgrade the field and develop additional facilities on-site Another <br />would be to maintain the Field as is and develop additional facilities elsewhere in the City In the event <br />that relocation of the field is considered as an option sale of the existing site r°'~~^*° +~° ~'~ to ~ <br />~e-Fi-e~ shall not proceed until a suitable replacement site has been secured and a firm, contractual <br />commitment to improve the replacement site with athletic facilities has been made.
