<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 69 (2906) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION <br />IlVIPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF <br />DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR <br />TRACT 7264 ON A VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT 2800 HALCYON DRIVE; <br />DEVELOPER: HALCYON PROPERTIES LLC <br />(FORMERLY WESTCO COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC.) <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br />Tract 7264, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions <br />for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract <br />7264, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7264, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final <br />Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically <br />correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to <br />execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7264 ox~ <br />behalf of the City. <br />
