That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: <br />Contractors Bonding and Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed <br />on the 22nd day of January 2002. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the San Leandro Community <br />Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation, and Expansion project is that of fee simple title in certain land <br />designated as 300 Estudilla Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
