IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-120 (1049/3126) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT (EVAE) <br />ACROSS PARCEL B OF PARCEL MAP 9600, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1991 <br />FAIRWAY DRIVE, APN 077A-0646-034 <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the easement to be accepted by this resolution is located within Parcel B of <br />Parcel Map 9600 and is more precisely described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, this easement is needed for emergency vehicle access purposes with the <br />construction of a new building on said Parcel B. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />L That the City Council hereby accepts the herein above described Emergency <br />Vehicle Access Easement. <br />2.
