DRAFT MINUTES <br /> Page 9 <br />September 8, 2009 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />(LPA) for BRT, which will involve several public outreach meetings in the coming <br />months, and will ultimately be approved by the Council. Vice Mayor Starosciak <br />reported on the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) and its <br />discussion regarding the Local Alternative Transportation Improvement Program <br />(LATIP). She gave kudos to City staff for their efforts to get San Leandro projects <br />positioned in the top half of the LATIP priorities list for funding. <br /> <br />Councilmember Prola attended a meeting of the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement <br />District Board. He <br />pools in the Tri-Valley area, and gave an update on the spread of West Nile Virus. <br /> <br />Councilmember Souza attended a meeting of the Associated Community Action <br />Program (ACAP) Governing Board.
