Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />C. Announcements <br /> <br />Mayor Santos announced that, with the concurrence of the Council, he would dispense <br />with the use of speaker cards tonight. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2009-129 <br />A., Resolution Appointing Catherine Vierra Houston as District <br />4 Member to Board of Zoning Adjustments. (1019) <br /> <br />M/S/C Starosciak and Souza. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />Newly-appointed Board Member Catherine Vierra Houston took the Oath of Office <br />administered by City Clerk Marian Handa. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />fill out a speaker card <br />Mayor.
