Overall the <br />requirements of the Model Ordinance are significantly more restrictive than existing <br />regulations, but apply to fewer developments. <br />Other amendments requiring minor text changes: <br />1) Outdoor Storage (no CUP required in certain zones) <br />2) Accessory Structures (setback/height standards) <br />3) Dental labs (permitted in zones allowing medical uses) <br />4) Definition (article 3) of "Day Care General" <br />5) Prohibition of paving in front yard setback (beyond driveway requirements) <br />6) Roll up doors in the commercial zones (standards for allowing some roll up <br />doors) <br />7) Large family day care definition <br />8) Telecom. Making the telecom section in Article 16 consistent with the detailed <br />lists where towers, alt. towers and antennae are permitted or to be built pursuant <br />to CUP/Administrative Review permits in Articles 6 and 7. <br />9) Flea Markets (defining them and establishing where they would be conditionally <br />permitted). <br />
