The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, at anytime. Upon such request MCI will make copies of its policies available for review at the local MCI office. Upon completion of review all policies will be returned to the Corporate Risk Management Department in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. f Subcontractors: MCI shall furnish separate certificates for each subcontractor. All coverages for subcontractors shall be subject to substantially the same requirements stated herein. g. The Risk Manager of City may approve a variation in those insurance requirements upon a determination that the coverages, scope, limits and forms of such insurance are either not commercially available or that the City's interests are otherwise fully protected. h. The insurance afforded hereunder to the City of San Leandro shall be primary as to any other insurance or reinsurance covering or available to the City of San Leandro, and such other insurance or reinsurance shall not be required to contribute to any liability or Ioss until and unless the approximate limit of liability afforded hereunder is exhausted. MISCELLANEOUS 23. MCI shall obtain a Business License from the City prior to the issuance of an Encroachment Agreement. 24.
