IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-136 (2500) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 015-N TO <br />ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5041R TO ACCEPT FEDERAL <br />FUNDS FOR THE SAN LEANDRO STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. <br />144-38-296, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. ESPL-5041 (033) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 015-N is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 015-N. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 015-N is hereby approved and execution thereof is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 5th day of October, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens; Mayor Santos (2) <br />ATTEST: V ~ UG(/~,~.0(/Vl _ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
