1 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -117 (1851) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING LEASE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND AMERICAN GOLF <br />CORPORATION FOR THE SAN LEANDRO GOLF FACILITY <br />An amended lease agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf <br />Corporation, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and <br />adopted this 15th day of 7uly, 2002 by the following called vote: <br />Members ofthe Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: None ( ~ ) <br />r <br />Attest: ° ' ,~ <br />G yle Pet sen, City Clerk <br />`ti <br />
