IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 97-147 (1851) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />"CITY OF SAN LEANDRO" AND "AMERICAN GOLF CORPORATION" FOR <br />THE SAN LEANDRO GOLF FACILITY <br />A lease agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation, <br />the "form oP' which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the lease agreement is hereby approved in the "form of the document attached <br />and the City Manager is directed to negotiate any final changes in the lease agreement and to <br />execute the lease agreement. <br />Introduced by Council Member G1 aze and passed and adopted this 10th day <br />of November, 1997 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Ga le P ersen, City Clerk <br />
