DRAFT MINUTES Page 2 November 2, 2009 City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting Mayor Santos announced that, as a result of his 2007 trip to China, a Chinese company that manufactures and distributes solar lighting systems is moving to San Leandro. He added that other Chinese green businesses are also looking to locate here. Mayor Santos reported on a groundbreaking he attended at gas (LNG) facility in Livermore. He noted that Waste Management is considering a waste-to-energy facility at the Davis Street Transfer Station. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the fill out a speaker card Mayor.
