1N THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009- RDA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT <br />WITH INNISFREE VENTURES II, LLC. RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOWN <br />HALL SQUARE AND GATEWAY SITES <br />An Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of San Leandro and Innisfree Ventures II, LLC, a copy of which is attached, has been <br />presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement is hereby approved and execution by <br />the Executive Director is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member and passed and adopted this day of <br />2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
