IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A FUNDING <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY (ACPWA) FOR THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD (UPRR) <br />(OAKLAND SUBDIVISION) CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT STUDY <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Alameda County Public Works <br />Agency (ACPWA), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilrnember <br />of November, 2009 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />and passed and adopted this 16~' day <br />K:~AA-C\COLINGIL~2009\ll NOV 16\UPRRCorridorimprovement StudyRES.doc <br />
