Contractor is entitled to receive just and equitable compensation for any satisfactory <br />work completed on such documents or materials prior to the termination. <br />F. The County's obligation to make any NSP funds available to CONTRACTOR <br />hereunder is contingent on the availability of NSP funds to the County during the <br />term of this Agreement. In the event the Federal funding for this Agreement ceases, <br />this Agreement is terminated. In the event of unforeseeable budget adjustments by <br />the Federal government, this Agreement is subject to renegotiation. <br />XVIII. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS <br />Assignment of the Contract: If required to by the construction lender, County may agree <br />to the assignment of this contract if the Housing Director deems the assignment is <br />appropriate to implement this contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br />construed to permit assignment or transfer by Contractor without prior written approval <br />of the Housing Director. <br />IXX. NOTICES <br />All notices required by this Agreement must be in writing and delivered via United States <br />Mail, certified and with postage prepaid, or by commercial courier or personal delivery. <br />Any notice delivered or sent in the manner described above is effective on the date of <br />delivery or sending.
