TM-8010, Phasing of VTM 3 <br />Environmental Review <br />December 7, 2009 <br />A mitigated negative declaration for this project was filed as part of the approval process for <br />PLN2008-00054 and PLN2008-00031. <br />Code Compliance Review <br />The map will be checked for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act. All buildings will <br />require permit review prior to construction. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Public outreach was done as part of the Vesting Tentative Map approval process. No additional <br />outreach has been done for this item. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />This action will extend the period for which entitlements on Lots Three and Four are valid by up <br />to three years. Included in the entitlements is the ability to pay fees at the current rate. Inflation <br />has averaged 3% per year over the last 20 years.
