DRAFT MINUTES <br /> Page 2 <br />November 16, 2009 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Starosciak presented Mayor Santos with his 20-Year Service Award pin for <br />his years of service to the City as Mayor, City Councilmember, and member of the <br />Development Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Presentation of Commendations for Five Police Officers. <br /> <br />Police Chief Ian Willis, aided by Captains Tom Overton and Steve Pricco, presented <br />commendations to five San Leandro Police Officers for heroism. The officers put <br />rescue victims trapped in a burning vehicle following a <br />crash in the early hours of August 15, 2009. <br /> <br />Chief Willis presented departmental commendations to Police Officers Ali Khan and <br />Dan Sellers. <br /> <br />Chief Willis presented the Silver Star, to Officers Jason Kritikos, Dennis Mally and <br />Michael Benz. Officers Kritikos, Mally and Benz are the first recipients of the San <br />Leandro honor. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3.
