(3174) Resolution No. 2009-151 H., Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Funding Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and the County of Alameda for the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) (Oakland Subdivision) Corridor Improvement Study (commits approximately $30,000 for participation in the subject study to evaluate the feasibility of a continuous bicycle and pedestrian facility along the corridor).
