IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-161 (3150) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE VESTING TENTATIVE MAP <br />FOR TRACT 8010, 1333 MARTINEZ STREET, TO ALLOW PHASING OF THE FINAL <br />MAP; DEVELOPER: WESTLAKE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC <br />The City Council finds that phasing of the final map for the subject project is in the best <br />interest of the residents and City of San Leandro. <br />The City Council has approved a Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 8010 contingent upon <br />certain Conditions of Approval. <br />There has been submitted to this Council a request by the developer to file multiple final <br />maps for the Vesting Tentative Map. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That Exhibit A, an amendment to the Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Map <br />for Tract 8010, 1333 Martinez Street, to allow phasing of the final maps, be added to the <br />conditions of approval for the project. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 7th day of December, <br />2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
