No. 016-N 3 December 21, 2009 <br />Permits and/or Variances Granted <br />No variances are required for this project. <br />Environmental Review <br />Caltrans Local Assistance has deemed this project a Categorical Exclusion under the National <br />Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The total project construction cost is estimated at $548,826.
