ACTION ITEMS Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker per item, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. A.Matter of Interim Loan in Support of Issuance of Tax Allocation Bonds by the Redevelopment Agency; Authorization to Use Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds for Low and Moderate-Income Housing Located Outside Project Areas (provides financing for loan obligation to Bridge Housing Corporation for construction of a 100- unit affordable multifamily apartment project at 1333 Martinez Street). City Manager Hollister reported that these are the follow-up actions to the action taken by the City Council at its last regular meeting on December 21 2009. Resolution No. 2010-001 , Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Finding and Determining that the Use of Monies from the Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds Established for the Alameda County - City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Area and the West San Leandro/Macarthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area Outside the Boundaries of the Project Areas Will Benefit Such Project Areas; Authorizing the Expenditure of Such Funds Outside the Project Area; and Authorizing an Interim Loan from the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Fund to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (provides an interim loan in an amount not to exceed $6,900,000 to facilitate the issuance of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Tax Allocation Housing Bonds, Series 2010).
