CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2009-00037 -14700 Doolittle Drive <br />The ARC of Alameda County (applicant); Hammond's Ranch Inc. (property <br />owner) <br />L COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A and B, attached to the staff report dated <br />December 3, 2009, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City <br />of San Leandro, Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San <br />Leandro, California, 94577). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Building Use (Floor) Plan <br />B. The applicant and property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USES <br />A. This Conditional Use Permit is an approval to permit a day care center for <br />developmentally disabled adults, for a maximum of 110 individuals, at 14700 <br />Doolittle Drive; 80G-933-4-6. <br />B. The day care center may be open to participants Monday through Friday, between <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. <br />C. All dropping-off and picking-up, either by the applicant or by others, shall take place <br />off-street and not within the public right-of-way. <br />D. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the day care center and <br />shall be distributed to all staff and caregivers/guardians of participants at the center. <br />IV. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. All fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti-free <br />and well-maintained at all times. <br />B. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence or buildings on the project <br />site. <br />V. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Conditions of Approval December 9, 2009 <br />PLN2009-00037 Page 3 of 7 <br />
