'M. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction durnpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, <br />and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly <br />removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction <br />compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant and contractors <br />with this requirement. <br />N. Vehicle repair and maintenance shall be performed in a designated area indoors. <br />O. The vehicle service facilities shall not contain floor drains unless the floor drains are <br />connected to wastewater pretreatment systems prior to discharge to the sanitary <br />sewer, for which an industrial waste discharge permit must be obtained. <br />P. Tanks, containers or sinks used for parts cleaning or rinsing shall not be connected to <br />the storm drain system. Tanks, containers or sinks used for such purposes may only <br />be connected to the sanitary sewer system if allowed by an industrial waste <br />discharge permit. <br />Q. No person shall dispose of, nor permit the disposal, directly or indirectly, of vehicle <br />fluids, hazardous materials, or rinse water from parts cleaning operations into storm <br />drains. <br />R No vehicle fluid removal shall be performed outside a building, or on asphalt or <br />ground surfaces. Leaking vehicle fluids shall be contained or drained from the <br />vehicle immediately. <br />S. No person shall leave unattended drip parts or other open containers containing <br />vehicle fluid, unless such containers are in use or in an area that cannot discharge to <br />the storm drain, such as an area with secondary containment. <br />T. Wastewater from vehicle and equipment washing operations shall not be discharged <br />to the storm drain system. Only water without soap or other cleaning agent is to be <br />used for a minimal amount of rinsing of vehicle exterior surfaces for appearance <br />purposes maybe discharged to a storm drain system. <br />U. All on-site storm drains must be cleaned at least once a year immediately prior to the <br />rainy season. <br />V. On site storm drains shall be marked `No Dumping -Drains to Bay'. <br />W. Applicant shall show all easements on the plan. Structures shall not be located in <br />conflict with any rights granted by easements. <br />X. Applicant shall ensure that all fabrication and demolition activities are performed <br />either indoors or in roofed outdoor areas. If performed outdoors, the area shall be <br />designed to prevent run-on to and runoff from the area with process activities.
