CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Matter of Report on the Status of the Local Emergency Due to the Threat to the Public <br />Health from the H1N1 Influenza Virus (continues the declaration of local emergency as <br />required by San Leandro Municipal Code §3-4-124). <br />• Minute Order No. 2010-002, Motion Extending the Declaration of Local <br />Emergency Due to the Threat to the Public Health from the H1N1 Influenza Virus <br />Until the Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting on January 19, 2010. (2648) <br />The City Council extended the declaration of local emergency due to the <br />threat to the public health from the H1N1 Influenza Virus until the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting on January 19, 2010. <br />9.
