IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR WICKS BOULEVARD SIDEWALK <br />PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09-144-36-287 <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and FBD Vanguard Construction dated July 20, <br />2009 by Resolution No. 2009-114, FBD Vanguard Construction completed the Wicks Boulevard <br />Sidewalk project Project No. 09-144-36-287. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, who therefore recommends that said <br />work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4.
