IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2010-O11 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND PACHECO BROTHERS GARDENING, INC. FOR <br />CITYWIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND WEED ABATEMENT IN CITY RIGHT-OF- <br />WAYS <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Pacheco Brothers Gardening, Inc., a <br />copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 1st day of February, 2010, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
