BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />A. 2010 State of the City Address Presented by Mayor Santos <br /> <br />Mayor Santos presented the 2010 State of the City Address for the City of San Leandro, <br />gave an overview of budget deficit. The City has made substantial cuts to <br />City staffing, programs, current <br />issues and projects, and spoke about the great partnership and accomplishments of <br />Mayor Emeritus Jack Maltester and City Manager Emeritus Wes McClure. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3.
