That on or about the 16t" day of June 2008, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract MCGUIRE AND RESTER, 9009 RAILROAD AVENUE, OAKLAND, CA 94603, PHONE: 510-632-7676, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit DOWNTOWN LIGHTING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT N0.961-83-054. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Western Surety Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 2°d day of February, 2010. 4. The native of the nteres± or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the DOWNTOWN LIGHTING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 961-83-054. project is that of public improvements made to public right-of--way designated as portions of Washington Avenue and West Joaquin Avenue in San Leandro and public improvements made to parcels owned by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (APNs 077-0545-010-00, 077-0545-007-00, 077-0545-009-00, and 077-0545-024-01), as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
