IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2010-023 (3150) RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 8010 SAN LEANDRO CROSSINGS WEST PHASE I, AT 1333 MARTINEZ STREET; ASSESSOR'S PARCEL N0.075-0047-002, 075-0047-003-02, AND 075-0047-007 OWNER: CHANG INCOME PROPERTY PARTNERSHIP, LP, DEVELOPER: WESTLAKE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC. FINDING Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 8010 San Leandro Crossings West Phase I, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions of its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 8010; San Leandro Crossings West Phase I, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California". The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 8010, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute Subdivision Improvement Agreements for Tract 8010 on behalf of the City. B. That the Final Subdivision Map for Tract 8010 is hereby approved. Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of March, 2010, by the following called vote:
