IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2010-026 (1092) <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PROVIDE TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT <br />AS AN INCENTIVE TO IDENTIFIED CLASSIFICATIONS TO RETIRE <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro is a contracting Public Agency of the <br />California Public Employees' Retirement System; and <br />Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two Years Additional <br />Service Credit, Section 20903, based on the contract amendment included in said contract which <br />provided for Section 20903, Two Years Additional Service Credit, for eligible members; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said City Council does seek to add another <br />designated period, and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to add a <br />designated period from March 15, 2010 through June 15, 2010 for eligible miscellaneous <br />members. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of March, 2010, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
