PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Usually no action will be taken by the City Council. Public Comments may be limited to 3 <br />minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. The public is invited to make any <br />comments related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br /> <br /> 4. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br /> 5. ADJOURN <br /> <br /> <br />Work Sessions are informal meetings permitting in-depth discussion of various issues that may <br />ultimately come before the City Council in formal session. Except in unusual circumstances, no <br />Council action is taken. The Council will permit members of the public to make comments; <br />however, the Work Session is not a Public Hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
