The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest <br />listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Tony Yacek, San Leandro resident <br />, addressed the City Council, commenting on arrows and <br />other markings that have been painted on the sidewalk near his property. Mr. Yacek inquired <br />about what could be done to have the arrows removed. <br /> <br />Addie Kitchen, San Leandro resident <br />, addressed the City Council regarding a recent Code <br />Red warning phone call she received that upset and irritated her. Ms. Kitchen commented <br />that she objected to the suspect description given in the notification, because it was so general <br />that many young African American males could have fit the description. <br /> <br /> <br />
