IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-033 (1092) <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PROVIDE TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT <br />AS AN INCENTNE TO IDENTIFIED CLASSIFICATIONS TO RETIRE <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro is a contracting Public Agency of the <br />California Public Employees' Retirement System; and <br />Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two Years Additional <br />Service Credit, Section 20903, based on the contract amendment included in said contract which <br />provided for Section 20903, Two Years Additional Service Credit, for eligible members; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said City Council does seek to add another <br />designated period, and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to add a <br />designated period from March 16, 2010 through June 15, 2010 for eligible miscellaneous <br />members. <br />Be it further resolved, that Resolution No. 2010-026 is hereby rescinded. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 15th day of March, <br />2010, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Prola, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (4) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Gregory, Reed, and Souza (3) <br />ATTEST: -'~~~/CAI~~~,~1 ~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
