Discussion Regarding Project Updates <br />Ken Joseph gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding project updates. Ken prefaced by <br />saying that in February, not a lot of construction work took place due to poor weather. <br />o Senior Center Phase 2 <br />^ PG&E transformer was installed <br />^ Awaiting final electrical service connection by PG&E, which is scheduled <br />to be completed by next week, but weather-related repair work has <br />impacted workload so schedules are only approximate <br />o I-880Beatrice Street <br />^ Fine tuning and landscaping needs to be done <br />o Bay Trail Slough Bridge <br />^ Paving and fence remains to be completed. Awaiting better weather to <br />complete <br />o Washington Avenue and Estabrook Street Intersection Improvement <br />^ Final paving, which was delayed by weather and a broken gas main, is <br />complete <br />
