CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Councilmember Stephens led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Prola, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos <br />ABSENT: Members Gregory, Reed, Souza <br />C. Announcements <br />Mayor Santos requested that members of the public wishing to address the Council fill <br />out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the announcement of the item <br />on which they wish to speak. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Presentation on New City Website by City's Information Services Division. <br />Information Services Manager Rayan Fowler gave a PowerPoint presentation, providing <br />information on the features and functionality of the new City of San Leandro website. <br />The new website will be launched on April ls`, at www.sanleandro.or~. Ms. Fowler <br />highlighted several new features that will enhance the appearance and usefulness of the <br />site, and make it easier to navigate. Ms. Fowler responded to questions from the <br />Council. <br />
