BRT Continuance 2 April 19, 2010 Previous City Council Action(s) Minute Order No. 2007-069: on July 02, 2007, the City Council directed Staff to prepare a letter for the Mayor to reply to AC Transit indicating the City of San Leandro LPA is either Alternative 2 or Alternative 4. AC Transit reimbursed the City for staff review costs related to this project. CONCLUSION Staff recommends continuance of the public hearing to May 17, 2010 to adopt a locally preferred alternative for the proposed upgrading of the existing 1R bus line along East 14th Street to Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to accommodate AC Transit's request.
