PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL (Continued) <br /> <br /> <br />B.Matter of Proposed Adjustments to City Fees and Charges and Taxes for Fiscal Year <br />2010-2011. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Hollister introduced Budget and Compliance Manager Mary Ann Perini. Ms. Perini <br />gave a PowerPoint presentation, providing an overview of the proposed fees and fee <br />increases, and following up on questions raised by the City Council Finance Committee. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Jeff Goldfarb, Preserve San Leandro Mobility and P.H. Holdings <br />, addressed the <br />City Council, objecting to the I-880/Marina Boulevard interchange supplemental impact <br />fee. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos suggested to Mr. Goldfarb that he make his comments under agenda Item <br />3.C. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, and without objection, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-045 <br />, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services Provided <br />by City Departments (adjusts user fees and services charges). <br /> <br />M/S/C Prola and Stephens. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 2010-008 <br />, an Ordinance Amending Section 2-2-500 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Business License Fees and Their Annual <br />Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the tax by 0.7%). <br /> <br /> Passed to print <br /> <br />M/S/C Prola and Stephens. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 2010-009 <br />, an Ordinance Amending Section 2-18-210 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Emergency Communication System Access <br />Tax and Its Annual Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the <br />tax by 0.7%, to $2.07 per single access line, $14.51 per trunk line, and $50.79 per <br />super trunk line). <br /> <br /> Passed to print <br /> <br />M/S/C Prola and Stephens.
