Let's Study BRT! <br />I am a south Berkeley resident, who has lived in Berkeley for many years and loves it here. <br />This fall, I will start grad school at UC Berkeley. The 1 line is the best and fastest way <br />for me to get to campus. <br />For Berkeley students for generations to come, please vote to approve studying the full BRT <br />proposal, including dedicated lanes and platform stations. <br />I've heard that there has been opposition to the project, but I'm also confident that much of <br />this opposition is built on mis-information, and a lack of clarity on what the project is. By <br />voting on the study of a full-build BRT system, we will have a clearer idea of what the <br />project really will mean to the communities along the route. <br />Thank you.
