Discussion Regarding Project Updates <br />Ken Joseph gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding project updates. <br />Projects Completed /Near Completion: <br />o Bay Trail Slough Bridge <br />^ Project is complete <br />^ Dedication was held on May 7, 2010 <br />o WPCP Co-generation <br />^ Construction substantially complete <br />^ Start-up process proceeding <br />^ Received PG&E approval <br />^ Grease Receiving Station is now operational <br />^ Replacement parts required for heat exchangers has <br />Icelandic volcano <br />o Senior Community Center <br />^ Construction is substantially complete <br />^ Punchlist inspection and correction is ongoing <br />^ Furniture is in the process of being purchased <br />been delayed due to <br />
