Resolution No. 2010-058 M., Resolution Authorizing the Inclusion of City Streets in 2010 Proposition 1B Fund Request (identifies portions of Marina Boulevard, Astor Drive, and Sybil Avenue for inclusion in the list of streets to be improved using Prop 1B funds). 9. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS City Councilmembers report on their activities, including attendance at Intergovernmental Agency meetings, conferences and seminars, and local events, and make brief announcements on issues of concern. Vice Mayor Reed commented on a letter writing campaign currently being conducted by Main Street Property Services, in which residents can write to various businesses and encourage them to locate in San Leandro. She commented on a Letter to the Editor published in the San Leandro Times on the subject of illegal immigrants, and its racist connotations. Councilmember Starosciak attended the Estabrook Place senior housing tour and the luncheon with U.S. Treasurer Rosie Rios. Councilmember adjourned in memory of Samuel Frank Doral, the Automotive owner Roy Doral.
