IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2010-061 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-11 <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriation <br />Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br />the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article XIII B <br />of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriation Limit for <br />Fiscal Year 2010-2011 at $127,774,811 as more specifically set forth in Attachment 1. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 7th day of June, 2010, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />/~ <br />ATTEST: , i,°~,~~~/1.1 ~'l~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
