SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 10 HUMAN RESOURCES <br />Chapter 1 City of San Leandro 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan <br />&10.1.100: NAME. The name of this Plan is the City of San Leandro 457(b) Deferred <br />Compensation Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). <br />X10.1.105: PURPOSE. The primary purpose of the Plan is to attract and hold key personnel <br />by permitting them to enter into agreements with the City of San Leandro which will provide <br />future payments, in lieu of deferred current income, upon death, disability, retirement, <br />unforeseen emergency or other termination of employment with the City of San Leandro, <br />California. <br />&10.1.110: PROVISIONS.
