Consider the request by the San Leandro Arts Council, to name the Art <br />Hallway at the Main Library after Mary Green. <br />• Minute Order No. 2010-024, Motion Referring the Request by the <br />San Leandro Arts Council, to Name the Art Hallway at the Main <br />Library after Mary Green, to the San Leandro Library-Historical <br />Commission for Review and Recommendation. <br />The City Council referred the request by the San Leandro Arts <br />Council, to name the Art Hallway at the Main Library after Mary <br />Green, to the San Leandro Library-Historical Commission for <br />review and recommendation. <br />C. Ordinance No. 2010-006, an Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property Herein Described <br />as to Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (PLN2009-0030) (rezones the entire <br />63-acre project site from Industrial General District with a Special Review Overlay <br />District [IG-(S)] to Commercial Community with a Planned Development Overlay [CC- <br />(PD)], and approves the Planned Development Project for Phase 1 of the Kaiser <br />Permanente Medical Center subject to the recommended Conditions of Approval). <br />- Adopted <br />D. Ordinance No. 2010-007, an Ordinance Approving a Development Agreement <br />Between the City of San Leandro and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (Kaiser) for the <br />Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Medical Center and Mixed-Use Development Project <br />(PLN2009-00030) (provides certainty that the development project will promote the <br />orderly planning of public improvements and services, that costs are allocated to <br />achieve maximum utilization of public and private resources in the development <br />process, and that appropriate measures to enhance and protect the environment are <br />achieved). <br />Adopted <br />
