Annual Sidewalk Program 2010-11 <br />P&S and Call for Bids 2 June 21, 2010 <br />Analysis <br />The City awards a construction contract for the sidewalk repair program yearly. This year's <br />contract is estimated at $286,000 and is anticipated to replace 1,155 linear feet of curb and <br />gutter, 10,300 square feet of sidewalk, and 7 curb ramps. A public bid is required to select a <br />contractor for the work. <br />Environmental Review <br />This project is categorically exempt per CEQA Section 15301 (C). <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The total project cost is $426,000 and is funded by Measure B Streets & Roads and Bike & <br />Pedestrian funds, TDA grants and the General Fund. The construction contract is expected to <br />cost $286,000.
